Products and images
Where can I find current prices?
Product and category pages show current active variant prices, offers, and stock states.
Which product images are shown?
The active catalog uses the real client-supplied product images stored for storefront delivery.
Account and verification
Why is email verification required?
Verification protects customer profile, address, Wishlist, Cart, and order access. Production email delivery must be configured before new-customer verification is available.
Wishlist and Cart
Does Wishlist or Cart reserve stock?
No. Wishlist saves products and Cart stores selected variants and quantities. Stock remains subject to current availability.
Can I complete an online purchase now?
Not in Phase 1. Online checkout and payment are disabled. You can browse, save products, and prepare a Cart.
Shipping and order services
Can I track a shipment?
Courier shipment and live tracking are not active. Existing account order pages show only stored application status where applicable.
Can I cancel or request a refund online?
No. Cancellation submission and refund processing are not active in Phase 1.
Outlets and contact
Where are the Sukh Sagar stores?
The Stores and Contact pages list verified addresses and Google Maps directions for Town Hall, Ekta Nagar, and Civil Lines in Bareilly.
