Privacy Policy

Visitors can browse the public catalog, search products, review store locations, and open verified Google Maps directions. Verified customer accounts can use profile, address, Wishlist, Cart, and order-history foundations.

Registration and account use may process a name, email address, Indian phone number, password hash, verification state, saved addresses, and authentication/session information. Passwords and email verification codes are not stored in plain text.

Saved products, selected variants, Cart quantities, current account associations, and any existing order records are stored so authenticated customers can return to their account state. Wishlist and Cart activity does not create a payment or shipment.

The application uses session cookies and may record technical request, security, and error information needed to operate and protect the service. No analytics or marketing platform is claimed as active by this policy.

Production deployment requires HTTPS, secure server configuration, restricted administrator access, and protection of environment credentials. No certification or security guarantee beyond the implemented controls is claimed.

Online checkout, live payment, shipment automation, cancellation processing, refunds, reviews, and coupon redemption are disabled or unavailable in Phase 1. This policy must be revisited before those services are activated.

Customers can update available profile and address information from their account. Verified privacy-request contact details and any additional legally required disclosures are not published until supplied and approved.
