Wishlist and Cart activity does not create an online order or shipment. The storefront therefore makes no online dispatch or delivery commitment in its current state.
Serviceability and charges
No supported PIN-code list, shipping charge, free-shipping threshold, processing time, delivery estimate, or delivery-attempt rule is published for Phase 1.
Tracking
No courier, AWB, estimated-delivery, or live shipment event is generated by the current website. Existing account order pages show only stored application status information where applicable.
Physical outlets
The Stores and Contact pages list Town Hall, Ekta Nagar, and Civil Lines with verified addresses and Google Maps directions. This policy does not make claims about outlet stock, opening hours, or delivery services.
Future activation
Shipping terms must be updated with verified serviceability, charges, processing, support, courier, and delivery information before online shipping is enabled.
